Quality Insurance Company Limited is an insurance company established under the Company’s Code of 1963 (Act 179).
The Company was licensed by the National Insurance Commission as a composite insurance company. In 2006, the new Insurance Act (Act 724) made it mandatory to establish another company to be responsible for underwriting strictly life insurance portfolio. This led to the establishment of Quality Life Assurance Company (QLAC).
Since inception, Quality Insurance Company Limited has provided non-life products to its retail and corporate clients and has positioned itself to be a major player in the Ghanaian insurance market.
